2 Tbsp of dried sage

Crumble
2/3 cup Graham Crackers (crushed)
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
*Handful of oats (for added texture)

Lemon juice
nutmeg
allspice
Pinch of sugar
Cinnamon
Dash of vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°

Fruit Filling
1) Dice up peaches
2) Toss peaches in lemon juice, all spice, nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla — until evenly coated
3) Heat pan on stovetop to med-med/high heat
4) Add peach filling to the pan with a little butter, blackberry preserves, and dried sage
4) Pan fry until almost soft (about 10 minutes), continuously tossing and stirring
5) After cooking, remove from heat and set aside in a separate bowl

Crumble

1) Crumble graham crackers with mortar and pestle, or in a ziplock bag
2) Combine graham crackers, brown sugar, and oats
3) Heat pan to medium and add 2 Tbsp of butter
4) Once butter is melted, combine crumble mix
5) Once crumble is mixed, remove from the stove and get ready to combine with filling.

Bake
1) Top your fruit filling with desired amount of crumble
2) Bake for 15-20 minutes

To Make it even sweeter, try these two drizzles:
Quick Homemade Caramel Drizzle
1) Heat a can of sweetened condensed milk on the stovetop until golden colored — making sure not to get too hot and stirring continuously
2) Remove from heat and let it chill
3) Drizzle over crumble

Powdered Sugar Drizzle
1) Mix powdered sugar with a little bit of milk to make a glaze
2) Drizzle over crumble
